Join our group class at Pilates Flow and get ready to tone, strengthen, and challenge your body in all the right ways. This low impact, no jumping workouts will help you build your upper body strength and experience traditional Pilates exercises in a whole new light, sometimes with the addition of light hand weights or a foam roller. Join our group class for a new and challenging Pilates experience.
